This, my friends, is the beautiful region of Cappadocia Turkey. And this is your invitation to join us on the debut Travel Addicts UK trip to this unique and magical corner of the world.

It might have been on your bucket list for years yet you’ve struggled to round up your friends to travel with you, or maybe you didn’t quite get round to planning your own escape there.

This trip is designed for you to experience the best of Cappadocia, meet like-minded wanderlusters who love to travel, and experience a unique, bespoke trip without the stress.
You’ll be staying in a suite in the beautiful Kelebek Cave Hotel which is one of the best hotels in Cappadocia! It has a pool terrace and 360-degree views of the unique landscape and sunrise hot air balloons.

FAQs
Can I bring a friend?
Yes absolutely! The more the merrier. If you have a travel buddy that you would like to experience this with, be sure to include their name on your registration form once you’ve signed up. This will ensure that you are paired together for your room share.

Will we get any free time to explore and relax?
All of our trips include free time and most of the activities will only take up a few hours in your day. So whether you want to chill by our beautiful pool, go souvenir shopping or take advantage of our Hamam Spa on-site, there will be plenty of time for you to do so.

Will I 100% see and fly in the hot air balloons?
The hot hair balloons fly around 250 days a year depending on the weather. We have purposely booked the hot air balloons on the first full day so that if there does happen to be a cancellation, we can easily reschedule to later on in the trip. It's worth pointing out that there is no way to 100% guarantee that the balloons will be running for the entire duration of your stay. However September is one of the best times of year to go and has a much higher chance of the balloons being able to fly.

Do I have to share a suite?
If you would prefer to upgrade to a private suite, you are more than welcome to! There is a single supplement fee of £280 to upgrade.

How do I make payments?
You can either pay in full via the payment link when you register or you can pay the initial deposit of £185 followed by three instalments of £265 in May, June, and July 2022. Paying in full will land you a discount of £95 off the total price.

When is the final balance due?
The final balance is due on the 7th of July.
​
Does this include international flights? What if I would like flights to be arranged?
The cost of this trip does NOT include your flights, so be sure to factor that into your trip cost. You can either book using a website such as Skyscanner, or we can direct you to a registered travel agent who will be more than happy to help and alleviate any stress when it comes to booking flights. You will need to fly into either Kayseri (ASR) or Nevsehir (NAV) airport and we will arrange for transport to collect you.

Do I need a visa?
Depending on where you will be traveling from and your nationality there may be visa requirements so please be sure to check this beforehand. To look at up to date UK GOV requirements please check here

Can children come?
All guests will need to be over 18 to join one of our trips.
​
Who is this trip best suited to?
Any age is welcome! However, based on the activities in the trip, we would probably recommend between 25 to 40. It's all down to personal preference, if this itinerary sounds like your cuppa tea - this trip is for you.

Is this group trip accessible for those with disabilities?
If you have a disability, please contact us directly on sherilyn@thetraveladdicts.co.uk so that we can see if the trip would be suitable for you personally. The region of Cappadocia has a lot of inclines and uneven landscapes so it may be challenging, however, based on your personal situation, we would love to see how we can make this work for you.
